How Savoring Rewires the Nervous System

Many of you know that I’ve been “preaching” about savoring for years now  (because it has always felt true to my core; it felt like an ancestral survival strategy passed down through my ancestry) and so I feel like that part of me was affirmed and validated when I found out that savoring is one of the recommended practices for re-wiring our nervous system and returning us to health.
